Product Overview

The X-ray Source - IDXA is used in the prodigy bone densitometer which is a device used to measure the bone density. The radiation with lead in front of the radiation source, brings a high level X‐ray energy and low‐level X‐ray energy into the human body through the tube window, and a radiation detector that is in line with the source of radiation, detects these signals. The X-ray source assembly is provided as a part of densitometer and it contains of an integrated Tubehead, PCB, fan assembly, control micro board assembly, heat exchanger cover, hexagon socket, pan head screws, washers, shutter cables, heat shrink tubing, filter and labels. Through this assembly, the duel energy X-ray is provided with precision and low radiation loss. The assembly is thoroughly tested. The X-rays generated in the tubing pass through the v, towards the patient. The filter at the v entrance filters the intensity of wavelengths of rays such that the patient's safety is assured.
