Product Overview
The Detector Cover is used in Molecular Imaging and Nuclear Medicine. It is surrounded and protected with a top cover and a front bottom cover. Baydur® 110 FR-S is the material used to make the detector cover. It provides high tensile strength and dielectric strength. White N9 is the color of the detector cover. The texture of White N9 is Medium 46-221380P2. The material features electrical resistivity and good surface resistance. The detector cover consists of positioning bracket, edge stiffener and screw busing, which is produced from standard steel sheet material. Standard steel possesses corrosion prevention, which is used for high quality structure finish. Tensile strength, elongation and hardness relies on the composition and heat analysis. The label GE Logo font, is applied after cleaning the surface of the cover properly. It is pasted on the cover using adhesive. A Lexan label has excellent ductility and is lightweight. The shelf life of the label is 24 months when stored in 15-25° C and 40-60% RH. The PVC material has good oil and chemical resistance, with improved material performance. These components are RoHS compliant.
