Product Overview

The Drive Longitudinal Assembly is assembled in rear pedestal assembly of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) system. The rear pedestal belongs to magnetic assembly and it has series of channel port system. Cables are routed inside the pedestal through rectangular opening bridge. The drive assembly is used to move the fiber longitudinally and in turn cause beam to rotate. The assembly consists of yoke long drive, block jack screw, pulley tensioner, plate adapter BJ gearbox, shaft tensioner, encoder long drive DVMR, clutch long drive, sprocket driver, SKF bearing and sprocket idler. The material of yoke long drive, block jack screw, plate adapter BJ gearbox and shaft tensioner are aluminum alloy which have good corrosion resistance feature. It has a surface finish of yellow chromate. Pulley tensioner is made up of acetal which is white in color. The sprocket driver & idler consists of 26 teeth with 66.21 pitch diameter. Balls and rings of bearings are made up of case hardened carburizing steel. It is double sealed using nylon steel and grease packed.
