Product Overview

The holder and cover are part of the flow sensor module used in the Breathing Circuit Gas(BCG) module in an anesthesia machine. The flow sensor module is used in the breathing system, mainly for the leak test. They are injection molded and can be used mainly for high temperature applications due to its toughness. The material is used to manufacture other healthcare instruments like surgical cases, trays, sterilization cases and other diagnostic instruments. It is a biocompatible product and act as a good electrical insulator across wide range of temperature and has resistance to high voltage applications as well. It has RoHS compliance and are safe to use in hazardous areas. This resin also offers a high deflection temperature and outstanding resistance to environmental stress cracking. This part is used in many systems such as UL Voluson P8, ARC Aestiva 7100, ARC Aestiva MRI, ARC Aisys etc.,
